This was a heavily weathered wooden fence. It was covered with mildew
(green), mold (black), and fungi (white).
First we apply a mold mildew removal solution to clean the fence. The color of the fence
changes gradually as the solution is removing mildew, mold and fungi. After the solution
has cleaned the fence we use low pressure water (power washing) to rinse the fence. By
using low pressure water (power wash) our mildew removal process is damage free.
Low pressure is about the strength of the water coming from a house faucet.
Unprofessional pressure washers use high pressure water (pressure wash) to clean wood fences.
Pressure washing damages wooden fences. When you pressure wash a wooden fence it leaves pressure
marks in the wood every time that you stop for even a second.
