In today’s economy we are all tempted by a low price. Hiring a contractor
offering a ridiculously low price can be a regretful mistake. These
contractors are usually beginners and get jobs by offering a super low price
and then are forced to take short cuts in order to turn a profit. Some- times
these unethical companies use a low price as the bait and then tack on
charges. This tactic is called bait and switch. Usually these contractors do
an unprofessional job, sometimes damage your property, and then seem to fall
off the face of the earth when you try reaching them regarding your legitimate
concerns.
